In the 2017 report The Health Effects of Cannabis and Cannabinoids: The Current State of Evidence and Recommendations for Research, an expert, ad hoc committee of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine presents nearly 100 conclusions related to the health effects of cannabis and cannabinoid use.
Some of the data supports cannabis use, some does not and some findings are inconclusive.
As regulatory barriers change and high quality research is conducted, more information about cannabis and its nearly 113 different cannabinoids will be gleaned.
I will continue to keep a finger on the pulse of the research worldwide and will bring to you, in the form of specific strains, cannabis that has been scientifically studied and validated to be beneficial to your health.
Remember to always start with a low dose and to increase slowly.
